Futures Group’s portfolio of projects are organized into two technical centers, The Center for Policy & Advocacy (CPA) and the Center for Health Systems & Solutions (CHSS), which provide technical leadership, project management, staff management and performance and professional development.

CENTER FOR POLICY & ADVOCACY:
With a mandate to provide data, information and technical resources to enable policymakers to formulate and implement policies and allocate resources effectively, and strengthen the capacity of civil society in policy, advocacy and community mobilization, CPA focuses on Family Planning & Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Maternal Health, TB and Malaria.  CPA’s large and diverse portfolio of projects in 30+ countries is supported by nearly 250 staff worldwide.

CENTER FOR HEALTH SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS (CHSS):
Creating an evidence base for health solutions, through research, monitoring/measurement, evaluation, operations research and other studies, CHSS focuses on infectious diseases – HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB, avian flu – strengthening health systems and patient management. CHSS additionally provides total market solutions for international health development and covers a broad set of private public partnership based health marketing in HIV and RH/FP, including

•     Demand generation and behavior change communication
